New bicycle shelter from Flexys

Flexys is now introducing a new product of bicycle shelters. The K3 bicycle shelter is a modern shelter, which offers a high level of flexibility in respect to dimensions, arrangement and cover.

K3 bicycle shelter

The K3 bicycle shelter is produced in hot-dip galvanized steel which optional can be powder coated in standard RAL colors. The top section is aluminum and is as standard powder coated.

Optional the K3 bicycle shelter is offered with an integrated and exclusive bicycle rack which emphasizes the lightness of the solution. The integrated bicycle rack has been dimensioned to store the highest number of bicycles pr. m2. The solution is usable for most types of tires and also offers the possibility of locking the bicycle.

The roof consists of 10 mm sheets in transparent and weatherproof polycarbonate. This solution allows the daylight to pass through the roof while the decline of the roof construction secures that rain is lead to the integrated drain pipe.

K3 is designed by Cycles Spaces.

Flexys Keep shelters and sheds

With Flexys Keep our inspiration has been the minimalism and the architects have designed a simple and honest construction which is true to the materials used.

The Flexys Keep product line is a modular concept that offers a high level of flexibility in terms of size, arrangement and materials. Flexys Keep can i.e. be used as bicycle and smoking shelter as well as waste bin shelters.

The Flexys Keep product range is designed in close cooperation with architect m.a.a. Kasper Mose and Head of Design Anne Qvist from Arkitema Design.

WAVE-curl bicycle shelter

WAVE-curl is a single sided bicycle shelter with a light and timeless design that fits well into urban spaces. The bicycle shelter is also offered as a double sided version. Furthermore WAVE-curl can be used in other applications i.e. as a shelter for waste bins or a smoking shelter.

Optional the bicycle shelter is offered with an integrated and exclusive bicycle rack which emphasizes the lightness of the solution. Shelter for letter boxes for Aarhus Hospital

Aarhus Hospital has decided for our Flexys Straight shelter for a new letter box system consisting of 80 ME-FA 701 letter boxes. Furthermore we have supplied the frame carrying the letter boxes.

Flexys Straight is a modular concept offering a high level of flexibility in terms of materials, arrangement and size. The product line is as standard supplied in aluminum, here however in hot-dip galvanized steel. Roof and cover of i.e. glass is a beautiful contrast to the steel frame and creates an aesthetic expression which signals that a shelter is not only a question of functionality.

Flexys Rack4Bikes bicycle rack

Flexys Rack4Bikes is a modern and innovative bicycle stand in two levels. The design has focus on ergonomics with direct lift to level two without wrecking your back as well as low maintenance as the solution is without moveable parts.

Flexys Rack4Bikes is produced in robust and maintenance free galvanized steel, which as an option can be powder coated in a RAL-color by choice.

The solution is offered as a stand-alone bicycle rack or along with complementary products in the same design family, i.e. bicycle pump, shelter and bollard.

Urban Design exhibition in Amsterdam

The Urban Design exhibition in Amsterdam is a “local” exhibition which primarily address Dutch and Belgian municipalities and their advisors with interest in urban furnitures.

The purpose of our participation was to introduce our new Benelux distributor www.fietslucht.nl to the Dutch market. Holland is a genuine bicycle nation and we obviously decided to focus on bicycle products on the exhibition.

We have introduced our bicycle pump stands Flexys Air and Flexys Wave Pump and the Rack4Bikes, our new bicycle rack in two levels.

The outcome is that our distributor has received new relevant business contacts and many interesting leads were identified. All in all, a very successful introduction to the Dutch market.

We welcome our new colleagues and look forward to a fruitful relationship!

Flexys Square shelters and sheds

Flexys offers shelters and sheds for more purposes incl. bike shelters and smoking shelters.

The roof has a clear functionalistic profile. Behind the façade 10 mm sheets in transparent and weatherproof polycarbonate are fitted. This solution allows the daylight to pass through the roof while the decline of the roof construction secures that rain is lead to the integrated drain pipe.

The materials used are of highest quality and our shelters and sheds are almost maintenance free as well as weather resistant. An occasional cleaning of the gutters and the roof sheets is sufficient.

Cover of i.e. lark (standard), hardened glass, fiber-cement or hardwood is a beautiful contrast to the galvanised steel and creates a general impression that is new and aesthetical and which signals that a shelter is not only a question of functionality.
